We offer a range of options for you to have a one-to-one consultation with our expert planners to help you plan your party.

• Preview My Look! Design mock up and mini consultation – best suited if you are planning your own party using your own decoration or our props and backdrops or a package, such as Queen or Princess, and includes suggestions for props, florals and where to source them at best rates (20 mins plus one basic digital design sketch/mock up)
• Games Consultation – running your own games? Looking for a themed game idea? Before your party, get our expert help on how to run and select your games entertainment and activities from our selection or your own ideas and how to ensure they best fit your guest size and composition, venue, theme, event itinerary, what equipment you will need, to ensure games run smoothly, plus free access to our Android Quiz and one free game (30 minutes) – included free when you select our Premium Games Hosting Service where a hostess will plan and run games for you at your party.
• General Planning Work and Consultation – general guidance and support, which can be used for a telephone consultation, or behind the scenes work. This can include, but is not limited to designing a moodboard, recommending quality suppliers for catering at best price, gift favours or source venues, design cakes or backdrops or design invitations or favours, design your general reveal, or discuss your overall event and help to use your budget effectively and achieve discounts with our trusted suppliers. (Available in 60 minute or 4 hour duration options). Unlimited planning time and support is included free in our full planning service.
• Venue Visit – 1 visit to your chosen venue to advise and complete a decoration mock-up or digital rendering, additional travel fees apply dependant on your location. (60 minutes at venue) – included free with our Full Planning service
